Aquael Sterilizer UV AS

STERILIZER UV 3W – a sterilizer designed for use with MINIKANI fiters and other canister filters with hoses of diameter 12/16 mm.

Its most important element is a chamber containing a 3-watt light bulb emitting UV-C light that kills algae, protozoa and bacteria. The water flowing through the STERILIZER UV 3W chamber is both purified and cleared from the microorganisms dangerous for fish and regains full clarity.

UV Sterilisers AS – 5-11W are suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums. Efficient water sterilisation helps to eliminate from the water free-floating algae, protozoa that cause water cloudiness, and pathogens that may be dangerous to fish. The sterilisers can be installed inside the UNIMAX canister filters or on the outlet hoses of any canister filter (by means of universal fir-tree connectors compatible with hoses of various diameters). High-capacity internal filters (e.g. TURBOFILTER) can be used to feed the sterilisers. Transparent connector pipes allow you to control the operation of the steriliser. Thanks to its small size, it can be installed in virtually any aquarium.
